Healthcare quality is declining and soaring costs are crushing American families and businesses. At Garner, we’ve developed a revolutionary approach to evaluating doctor performance and a unique incentive model that's reshaping the healthcare economy to ensure everyone can afford high quality care. By providing organizations relief from surging healthcare costs, we've experienced rapid adoption in the market and have more than doubled our revenue annually over the last 5 years, becoming the fastest growing company in our space. To support our continued growth, we're expanding our team by over 50% each year, seeking exceptional talent to shape our unique, award winning culture (for example, USA Today Top Workplaces 2025) designed to cultivate teamwork, trust, autonomy, exceptional results, and individual growth that creates an inflection point in your career.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior IT Integration Engineer to enhance critical cross-department workflows and software integrations across multiple tools in a high-compliance setting. This role will report to the Director of IT & Business Technology and work closely with IT Admins and other teams to identify opportunities for improved process and automation, ensuring operational maturity and improving service delivery. Embedded stints with teams like our Concierge (customer service) team may occur to experience challenges firsthand and design effective solutions.

Where you will work:

This is a hybrid role and will require up to 3 days in Garner’s New York City office.

What you will do:
  • Automate and orchestrate interdepartmental workflows across tools and teams (Operations, Finance, People, etc.), with a focus on onboarding/offboarding, RBAC, and cross-functional process improvement
  • Design, build, and maintain internal integrations that reduce manual effort, improve auditability, and support a HITRUST- and SOC-aligned environment
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify friction points and deliver solutions using low-code platforms like Okta Workflows, Retool, and Airtable
  • Enhance and maintain internal customer service tooling and workflows, supporting employee experience across the organization (experience with Zendesk at scale is a big plus, but not required)
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues, especially those involving identity, automation, or system access
  • Support administration and security of core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Jamf Pro, and Zoom
  • Continuously refine and document business processes to reduce friction, support scale, and improve operational reliability
What you will bring to the team:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or Automation Engineering roles — ideally in a high-compliance environment
  • Strong experience with low-code automation platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Retool, Budibase, Appsmith) and a practical understanding of system design
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Bash to support automation and integration tasks
  • Experience with SaaS administration and working within structured operational frameworks (e.g., ITIL, NIST, SOC2, HITRUST)
  • A thoughtful, systems-level approach to designing, scaling, and improving internal workflows (experience with BPMN or process mapping tools is a plus)
  • A mission-first mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on work outside your formal scope when the business needs it — no task is too small
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts, a bias toward action, and a collaborative, low-ego working style
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment and a deep alignment with our mission to improve healthcare through better technology
Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $144,000 - $185,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
