ProArch is currently looking for a skilled Sr. IT Recruiter on a contract basis to support our recruitment efforts in acquiring top IT talent. As a contract recruiter, you will have the opportunity to engage with various hiring managers, implement recruitment strategies, and streamline the hiring process to meet the fast-paced demands of our organization.

Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for technical positions, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will also contribute your insights on market trends and recruitment strategies to help ProArch stay competitive in the IT hiring landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract IT talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better align recruitment efforts.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.
  • Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of various IT roles and technologies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Networking and relationship-building capabilities.
