Qualifications & Core Requirements
• Experience: 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java (Java 11/17+ preferred).

• Frameworks: Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and microservice ecosystem patterns.
• Database Expertise: Deep proficiency in both relational databases (AWS RDS / PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL engines (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
• Cloud Platform: Advanced working knowledge of AWS cloud services, serverless/containerized deployments, and cloud-native architecture.
• Engineering Best Practices: Proven track record in TDD/JUnit, Git workflows, domain-driven design (DDD), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication & Hours: Outstanding verbal/written English skills. Based in IST, with the flexibility to cover overlapping hours with US Central Standard Time (CST) when required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Hands-on experience with event-driven messaging systems (Apache Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS).
