Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead and drive full-stack upgrade projects (Java and UI) and implement best coding and security practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Angular.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities using scanning tools and ensure compliance with secure coding guidelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Java, Spring, and Angular frameworks within the team.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement microservices architecture.
- Work on SSO integrations such as SAML and OAuth 2.0.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient software solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies like Angular.
- Proficiency in:
- Java 8, JEE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC)
- Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security
- Hibernate, JUnit, RESTful APIs
- Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks
- Sybase or other RDBMS (Strong PL/SQL knowledge)
- Experience working with tools like Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT/GITLAB, and familiarity with DevOps models.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices.
- Experience with at least one application server (Tomcat/WebLogic) is preferred.
- Exposure to the financial services domain is a strong advantage.
