We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to design and lead enterprise-grade technology solutions across application, data, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with architectural vision—building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems using Java, Spring Boot, IBM BAM, Angular, Oracle, Snowflake and AI frameworks.
Additional Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end, cloud-native solutions leveraging Java Spring Boot, Angular
- Architect and integrate high-performance data pipelines across Oracle, Snowflake and associated ecosystems.
- Lead microservices and API architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across development teams.
- Drive DevOps automation with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Enforce enterprise security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical strategy.
- Manage all technology standards across functional area, ensuring development, understanding and adherence around the globe.
- Provide an environment where Subject Matter Experts can work efficiently and delivery effectively.
- Manage execution of IT strategy and roadmap for assigned technology area.
- Apply an in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within engineering and basic knowledge of those elements in other areas.

Qualifications: -
- 12+ years of strong experience in Application Development or systems analysis role.
- Strong Experience on Architecting Enterprise highly scalable applications
- Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Proven engineering experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable applications in the Finance Technology industry.
- Build, deploy, and test application components in a development environment during the implementation phase working with all layers of the application stack.
- Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
- Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices.

- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering and architecture with full-stack and data expertise.
