Key Responsibilities 

  • Configure advanced workflows, screens, fields, permission schemes, notification schemes 

  • Implement Jira Automation (rules, triggers, webhooks) 

  • Support integrations with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Confluence, Mural 

  • Execute migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) and legacy Jira instances 

  • Configure reporting dashboards and support Jira Plans / portfolio tracking 

  • Ensure platform performance, governance, and compliance 

  • Support training sessions on advanced Jira usage and automation
