About the role:
You would be part of Transformation team for Client Experience & Service Delivery (CXSD), which is responsible for engaging with the T&S Functional teams across Capital Markets to drive transformation and automation in our RUN operation. This team has complete ownership of Automation Initiatives for CXSD, driving end-to-end (E2E) transformational changes, implementing site-reliability engineering (SRE) principles, partner with COE teams to drive GenAI/AI/ML related transformational initiatives and tracking against defined success criteria.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand their automation requirements and priorities.
- Development and testing of automation solutions.
- Development of new features and maintenance of existing features.
- Testing and rollout of automations developed while working closely with functional teams
- Provide Support to function teams for implemented automations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution for issues raised
- Liaise with CX product owners/ team and understand requirement clearly.
What you will need:
- Must possess Hands-on experience in Python and automation development with any RPA tool.
- Hands on experience in functional and Automation testing (Backend and Frontend) and thorough understanding of industry wide QA processes
- Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries to pull data from multiple tables using joins.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly, self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives within assigned time.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Well versed with testing, coding standards and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of SCRUM and experience in working agile
- Experience of shell scripting
Added bonus if you have:
- knowledge of Gen AI/ML will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of Power Automate.
- Performance Testing and Non-Functional Testing experience
- Knowledge of BFSI/Capital Markets domain and related middle and back-office processes.
- Knowledge of SRE implementation
