Experienced Senior Associate, Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or health technology. In this role, you will lead the delivery of healthcare analytics solutions, transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes for clients.

You will partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, design analytics use cases, and deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations. The role requires expertise in healthcare data analysis, stakeholder management, analytics implementation, and value realization across healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

• 8+ years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker with Healthcare Analytics, Data Analytics, Health Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience working with healthcare claims, clinical, utilization, provider, population health, or health outcomes data.
• Demonstrated success working in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

·       Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

·       Experience with Python, R, SAS, or other analytical tools.

·       Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

·       Understanding of healthcare data models, claims analytics, population health analytics, and risk stratification methodologies.

·       Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application within healthcare analytics.

·       Experience with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems is advantageous.

·       Strong data storytelling and presentation skills

• Analyzing healthcare datasets to identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and utilization opportunities.
• Delivering and optimizing healthcare analytics solutions from implementation through post-launch support.
• Developing dashboards, reports, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Managing client relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Supporting innovation initiatives involving advanced analytics, AI/ML, and healthcare claims insights.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy, governance, and risk management standards.
• Conducting client training and promoting best practices in healthcare analytics.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, deep healthcare domain knowledge, experience with data visualization and analytics tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
