Are you ready to take your logistics career to the next level? FLS is seeking a dynamic Senior Logistics Specialist to oversee and optimize our global supply chain operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless delivery processes, from import/export management to coordinating with international suppliers and freight forwarders.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, rail, and road).

• Manage customs clearance processes in Kazakhstan and ensure full compliance with regional regulations.

• Coordinate with 3PLs, trucking companies, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Resolve delivery delays, logistics bottlenecks, and site access issues proactively.

• Monitor freight movement, update shipment trackers, and report shipment status to regional logistics manager.

• Support heavy cargo/project logistics for mining and industrial equipment deliveries.

• Ensure documentation and logistics records are in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

What you bring

• More than 5 years of experience on the same position in international companies

• Focus on details and self-organized manner

• Understanding of technical documentation

• Knowledges of Kazakhstan customs regulation

• English knowledge (intermediate as minimum)
