Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Manager Ad Operations who will:

  • Lead and manage daily trafficking operations across multiple client accounts
  • Supervise and motivate the team to ensure timely and accurate task delivery
  • Ensure adherence to AdOps best practices and evolving frameworks
  • Oversee tag implementation (analytics, verification, targeting)
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders, creative teams, and internal partners
  • Troubleshoot trafficking and tech issues with publishers and ad servers
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Tech, and Data teams to ensure accurate measurement
  • Drive team training, development, and performance management
  • Promote efficiency through tech adoption and process optimization
  • Communicate proactively across teams and escalate challenges as needed


Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 6-8 years of experience in Ad Operations or campaign trafficking
  • Proven experience in team setup, people management, and process development
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (agency, media, or ad tech)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
  • Ability to manage workload and mentor team members effectively
