Role Purpose

To lead the design, execution and governance of training delivery and skill development initiatives across business functions. This role ensures impactful learning experience that drive behavioral change, functional proficiency and business results across the frontline and mid management workforce.

Role Accountability

  1. Training Delivery Management:
    • Oversee end-end delivery of learning programs across all functions
    • Manage internal trainer capability and external facilitator partnership to ensure consistency and quality
    • Monitor adherence to training calendars and SLAs across functions
    • Ensure all training interventions are learner centric, engaging and aligned with business expectations
  2. Skill Development: Implement org wide capability initiatives
    • Curate and deliver skill specific learning in collaborations with content and LMS team
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive learning solutions
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all training delivery is of high quality, and aligns to adult learning principles
  5. Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in content development and incorporate them into the learning materials
  6. Project Management: Manage multiple content development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  7. Lead innovation in bringing in tools and best practices towards enabling effective content design and development
  8. End to end management of assigned learning program/s
  9. Overseeing the learning needs of assigned business functions across learning cycle
  10. Team leadership: Manage a team of trainer/s. Upskill trainer on facilitation skills and TTT on content for delivery. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in training delivery

  1. Content Quality High: Employee feedback on content quality, Minimal errors and high adherence to instructional design best practices
  2. Engagement and Effectiveness: Increased engagement rates with learning materials, Improved knowledge retention and application of learned skills
  3. Innovation and Technology Integration: Successful implementation of the latest tools and techniques in content creation, Positive feedback on the use of innovative learning technologies
  4. Project Management: Timely completion of content development projects within budget
  5. Efficient management of resources and adherence to project timelines
  6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from subject matter experts and other stakeholders
  7. Effective collaboration leading to comprehensive and high-quality learning solutions
  8. Continuous Improvement: Regular updates and improvements to learning content based on feedback and new trends
  9. Proactive identification and integration of new content development methodologies
  10. Learning Outcomes: Measurable improvement in employee performance and competencies
  11. Achievement of learning objectives and goals set for training programs
  12. Program Management: End-end ownership of learning initiatives - from planning, stakeholder alignment, program design, scheduling, communication, execution, post program evaluation ensuring timely delivery, quality experience and measurable outcomes
  13. Learning Partner: Act a strategic liaison between the assigned function and the L&TD team to diagnose learning needs, co-create learning solutions and ensure seamless execution of development intervention that drive capability building, performance management and business alignment
