What you’ll doWe’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing leader to shape and scale our AI-powered creative and performance marketing capabilities across APAC.
As the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing (AI and Creative), you’ll lead how AI, automation, and creative experimentation drive measurable growth across the region. You’ll design frameworks for creative testing, enable faster content iteration, and deliver improved campaign performance — from awareness to acquisition — across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google, and emerging channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and technology — a builder who can connect creative storytelling with measurable performance, driving CTR, CVR, and CAC efficiency in diverse, fast-growing APAC markets.
Responsibilities:AI-Powered Creative Strategy
Lead the regional creative innovation agenda, integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Synthesia, etc.) into campaign production.
Build structured creative testing frameworks to identify the messaging, visuals, and formats that resonate by market and segment.
Partner with Product Marketing and Regional Growth teams to localize value propositions and creative for APAC audiences.
Develop regional creative governance to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and cultural sensitivity in AI-generated content.
Establish the AI Creative Playbook for APAC, documenting tools, prompts, workflows, and success metrics.
Performance Marketing Integration
Collaborate with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display leads to build creatives for each region and country, including spearheading the workflow for translations and creative alignment to country/culture and manage the delivery of assets on schedule to the campaign development team.
Drive structured experimentation that directly impacts CAC, LTV:CAC, and ROI across channels.
Partner with Web and Landing Page Optimization teams to align ad creative with on-page conversion performance.
Analyze creative impact at each funnel stage, ensuring data-driven decisions inform regional investment and scaling.
Analytics & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Tableau, GA4) that visualize creative performance by region, channel, and audience segment.
Use AI-assisted analytics and automation tools to surface insights faster and guide optimization decisions.
Partner with Analytics to measure the influence of creative and content variables on pipeline and revenue performance.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a small cross-functional team (or agencies) focused on creative automation, testing, and content performance.
Partner closely with Brand, Design teams to embed AI-driven workflows into day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with Global Marketing peers to share learnings and scale successful frameworks across markets.
Champion AI enablement and education, upskilling regional teams on prompt engineering, creative best practices, and responsible AI use.
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:8–12 years of experience in performance marketing, creative operations, or growth strategy, with 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to connect creative innovation to measurable performance outcomes (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROI).
Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered creative workflows across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics, cultural nuance, and localization strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional and global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Communications (MBA or equivalent experience a plus).
Experience scaling creative testing and automation frameworks across multiple APAC markets.
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution (MTA), MMM, and creative incrementality testing.
Comfort operating in agile, experimentation-driven organizations.
Experience managing agencies or internal creative testing pods.
