Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Procurement will be based in Hyderabad, India. This position will be reporting for Director, Procurement and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP modules related to procurement and order fulfillment. This role bridges business and IT by translating operational needs into ERP-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • ERP Functional Implementation & Support
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP Supply Chain modules (e.g., Procurement and Planning Management).
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
  • Configure ERP modules according to functional requirements — including master data setup, process flows, and approval hierarchies.
  • Manage data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of ERP functionalities post-implementation.
  • Business Process Analysis & Optimization
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis between business processes and ERP capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve accuracy in procurement.
  • Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for integration needs.
  • Support development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Work closely with Procurement and Finance to align ERP solutions with business goals.
  • Facilitate user training, workshops, and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams for requirements, testing, and change requests.
  • Support ERP upgrades and rollout projects across multiple plants or business units

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 15+ years of experience as a System Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant in the supply chain domain.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including Procurement and Finance.
  • Flexible to work in US time zone.

  • Basic understanding of SQL or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with EDI system
  • ERP certification Oracle SCM preferred.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a global team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
