What You Will Do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities /Key Result Areas:
Transition of New clients
- If the Partner is new, the test phase of the client should be handled from end to end.
- The Partner is existing; however, the business rules have many variations. Such clients also should be treated as new and the transition should be handled.
- Document all updates / information related with the new client, publish it when requested.
Appropriate Communication
- Create business rule documents in such a way to ensure that the end users (training team and Processors / QA) understand the client’s requirement properly.
- Helps the Product team in understanding new functionalities to be created in the system for the specific client.
Other Activities
- Confirm the Operations / Training team is aware of the system related changes made for the specific clients.
- Do necessary follow ups with Product team to get new client specific features in the system before the client goes live.
- Delegate assigned work to Product Specialists based on their product knowledge and experience.
- Keeps the operations team updated on status of various projects in transition phase.
- Post release application checks and feature functionality testing related with new clients.

Generate sample 835s (using production batches) and confirm it matches with the earlier posted files 100%.

The user must take the HIPAA, IPP etc tests on a yearly basis and should pass to have this access.
Is it important to this position that the incumbent be able to communicate in English?
Yes. As Senior Specialist, the user needs to communicate with Account Management team and Leadership team in United States & India and members of other departments who support the product.
What You Will Need:
- Should have at least 10 years of experience in RCM industry.
- Should be Graduate or Equivalent.
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external parties.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to guide the team for reaching the set targets.
- Ability to motivate the team.
