Your team

The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. We believe in the core principle of Value for All, by leading the transformation of the digital advertising industry so it creates an honest, clear & meaningful value exchange for our people, clients, society, consumers and the media industry. Together with 100 like-minded colleagues we run digital campaigns for advertisers over 50+ markets around the world. We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies. What are you going to achieve?

• Own the programmatic & social campaign management across client(s) within the Addressable team. Able to build campaign proposals including a set of tactics matching with the overall goal of the advertiser; • Align with global team to ensure our test & learn approach are in line with the global test and learn roadmap of Addressable Media; • Coordinates with the internal Media team to aid in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues; • Work closely with JBPs and media partners to explore and identify best ways to implement test & learn into our campaigns; • Provides detailed weekly revenue forecasts and responds to billing enquiries for all monthly performance activity;

Provides the 'technical expertise' needed to communicate with the client and explain campaign progress / address any blocking issues. But also to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Programmatic & Paid Social eco-system, keeping up to date with new ad technology functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific technology; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and applying them to the business where relevant; • Guiding the team's performances related to problems/challenges, develop an action plan for improvement; • Offers consultative ideas to the Operation, Account and Commercial team to help them with pitching new business, improving campaign; • Able to develop account strategy in partnership with suppliers and accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs; • Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget; • Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Director; • Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.

Who are you?

• You have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience within a buying platform (e.g., DV360, TradeDesk, Amazon, Meta Business Manager, etc.); • You have excellent project management, presentational and problem-solving skills; • You have advanced knowledge in the paid media ecosystems, vendor partnership management and ad verification partners; • You are known for your exceptional client servicing capacity; • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills; • You have a strong passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry
