This role involves strategizing and managing display activities, developing team members, and overseeing client relationships while ensuring KPIs and best practices are met.
The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Display activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with Head of Display, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach across programmatic, native and other Display and Video campaigns
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Ensures best practice and innovation in all display activities
- Builds strong relationships across teams and acts as point of escalation for client issues
- Accountable for achievement of KPIs and deadlines
- Manages and develops direct reports with overall responsibility for complete team development
- Contributes to new business development activities as required
