The Senior Manager, QA Operations leads centralized Quality Assurance for digital marketing initiatives, driving automation, innovation, and continuous process improvement. This role provides strategic direction to the QA function, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant delivery across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Automation & Innovation: Lead the adoption of QA automation tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine QA processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency across deliverables.
- Strategic Leadership: Align QA operations with organizational goals, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Governance & Efficiency: Establish strong governance models to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure QA standards are embedded early in the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Performance Insights: Present performance metrics and quality insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop QA managers and team members to enhance capability, ownership, and career growth.
- Best Practices & Trends: Monitor industry trends, bringing in modern QA practices and emerging technologies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of QA experience, including leadership of large, distributed teams.
- Expertise: Strong background in QA automation, process improvement, and quality governance.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with proven ability to drive change and innovation.
- Preferred: Experience in QA for digital marketing environments, with a focus on automation, innovation, and results in fast-paced settings.
