Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of individual contributors
- Bring innovative ideas to help continuously improve the application portfolio including the design, build, deploy, test and runtime within cloud ecosystems
- Contribute to Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing and Test Automation activities
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise in a complex platform

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with Solid proficiency in Java, SpringBoot or other backend programming languages
- 5+ years of experience with Node JS, Angular/React
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure
- Good hands-on experience on MVC, SOA based applications, applications with high configurability
- Good experience leading setup of DevOps tools for CI/CD and CT setups
- Solid experience on Full stack Application development
- Experience with a variety of modern open-source technologies (Kafka, Kubernetes)
- Broad technology experience, including complex systems integration
- Solid technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring
- Knowledge of CICD, Security & Vulnerabilities: Maven, Jenkins & Service Now API integration for auto deployments, Stargate, Fortify, Sonar and Twistlock
- Health care domain knowledge
- Good understanding of SCRUM and best practices
- Proven good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
- Proven good in oral & written communication skills
