Senior Manager - Talent Management and Special Projects
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: CHRO
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management:
- Design and implement development programs.
- Responsible for an effective performance management system
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
- Lead initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Special Projects:
- Lead HR projects from concept to execution.
- Guide organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
- Work with senior leaders to align talent initiatives with business goals and strategy.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs and special projects.
Profile requirement:
- MBA with specialization HR/Marketing.
- 5+ years of work experience in talent management, with project management experience.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.
