About the role
The Senior Manager, Telco Product & Proposition is responsible for leading AGL’s telecommunications strategy and driving growth across our telco offering. This role oversees product and proposition performance across marketing, sales, and customer experience, ensuring we deliver strong commercial outcomes and a compelling value proposition for customers.
Acting as the key strategic partner to Aussie Broadband (ABB), you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to expand AGL’s multi-product offering, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve the customer experience. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure our telco products remain competitive and deliver meaningful value to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead AGL’s strategic partnership with Aussie Broadband (ABB), managing senior stakeholder relationships to ensure strong alignment on commercial objectives, service delivery, and growth opportunities.
Drive the commercial performance of AGL’s Telco portfolio, negotiating favourable outcomes and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue through multi-product offers and customer growth initiatives.
Own the Telco product and proposition roadmap, partnering with ABB to develop and deliver competitive products and offers aligned with AGL’s Customer Markets strategy.
Oversee end-to-end go-to-market delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams across Digital, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to launch and optimise Telco products and campaigns.
Use performance insights to continuously improve products and customer experience, monitoring sales, marketing, and product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
About you:
Previous demonstrated experience in telecommunications with a focus on product management, pricing and go-to-market delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver initiatives within a telco environment.
Proven track record in product development and lifecycle management, including roadmap execution and proposition design.
Strong commercial acumen, with proven ability to deliver business growth and achieve commercial outcomes.
