We are seeking a Senior React Native Mobile App Developer to lead the development of our mobile application from the ground up. This role involves defining the app architecture, setting up code standards, ensuring performance and reliability, and handling private/internal distribution instead of public App Store/Play Store releases. You will collaborate closely with product,backend, and design teams to deliver a high-quality user experience across iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of a new mobile application using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Define and implement the app architecture, coding standards, folder structure, dependency strategy, and reusable components.
- Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into smooth,intuitive UI/UX.
- Integrate securely with backend services (REST APIs / GraphQL) and handle authentication flows.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, offline capabilities, and device compatibility.
- Manage private / enterprise distribution, including:
- o iOS Enterprise provisioning, Ad Hoc or MDM-based distribution
- o Internal Android enterprise or managed APK/AAB deployment
- o Experience with AppCenter / Firebase App Distribution / Intune / AirWatch is a plus.
- Work with native modules when required (Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin).
- Ensure observability, crash analytics, and logging are implemented (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.).
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Participate in release planning, versioning, and continuous integration pipelines.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in React Native building production apps.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React concepts.
- Solid understanding of mobile app life cycles, navigation, animations, gestures, UI rendering, and state management.
- Deep experience in state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, MobX, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystem fundamentals, including:
- o Permissions and security o Push notifications
- o Local storage / offline sync solutions (AsyncStorage, SQLite, MMKV, etc.)
- Experience with private enterprise app distribution workflows (not only App Store/Play Store).
- Understanding of CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, AppCenter, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.) is a plus
