Design, develop, and implement FHIR-based interoperability services supporting CRD and PAS workflows. Build scalable, compliant integrations between care management apps, EHRs, and FHIR platforms. Collaborate with architecture, product, QA, and dev teams to deliver reusable microservices and ensure interoperability, performance, and security.
We are seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to join our Healthcare Interoperability team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms.

Requirements
- Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations.
- Support successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in:
- C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API
- Entity Framework / ORM tools
- RESTful services and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of:
- Design patterns (SOLID principles)
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with SQL Server or other databases.
- Familiarity with AWS is preferred.
- Experience working on FHIR Project is mandatory
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT).
- Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
