Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and performance across major social platforms. You will lead on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other key platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring delivery of high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and client-facing confidence. You’ll also support in mentoring junior team members and collaborating across media disciplines to deliver integrated strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, activate, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
- Develop and test audience segmentation, creative variations, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Ensure achievement of campaign KPIs (ROAS, CPA, engagement, conversion, reach).
- Monitor daily performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement actionable improvements.
- Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic, and Analytics teams to deliver cross-channel solutions.
- Stay updated on platform innovations, ad formats, and algorithm updates, testing new features when relevant.
- Support in client calls, quarterly reviews, and strategic discussions with internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior paid social executives to ensure quality and consistency in campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, tracking, and attribution across multiple platforms.
- Strong Excel and data visualization/reporting skills (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience working with dynamic ads, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Client-facing experience with confident communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with curiosity for creative testing, data analysis, and emerging paid social trends.
