What You’ll Do

  • Process monthly Hungarian payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

  • Maintain payroll data in systems like Workday, Oracle, and SharePoint.

  • Handle time & attendance, sick leave documentation, and employee queries.

  • Ensure statutory payments are made on time and audits are supported.

  • Identify process improvements and drive implementation with cross-functional teams.

  • Perform reconciliations and provide payroll reports to management.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Payroll Administration.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems (Workday, Oracle).

  • Vendor management and project coordination experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of ADP GlobalView/Celergo is an advantage.
