Company Description

We’re Entain. Our vision is to be the world leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment by creating the most exciting and trusted experience for our customers, revolutionising the gambling space as we go. We're home to a global family of more than 25 well-known brands, and with a focus on sustainability and growth, we will transform our sector for our players, for ourselves and for the good of entertainment.

Job Description

Our People Programmes and Analytics team is focused on delivering consistent, efficient, and user-centred people experiences across the full employee lifecycle. We aim to build strong foundations, embed compliant and scalable processes, and enable our transformation goals through great design and data.

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in shaping future ways of working. Reporting to a lead, you will work on high-impact initiatives across HR process design, re-engineering, and service improvement. You will partner with teams across HR and the business to understand needs, identify pain points, and translate these into clear, practical, and measurable solutions.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to work at pace. You will lead on key areas such as process mapping, data analysis, impact assessments, and business readiness. You’ll support user testing, knowledge content creation, and help ensure changes are successfully adopted.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Think end-to-end across the HR ecosystem.
  • Join the dots across systems, data, and experience.
  • Bring structure to complexity.
  • Ask the hard questions and challenge the status quo.
  • Use evidence and insight to drive better outcomes.

If you're motivated by clarity, impact, and purpose-driven change, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train and mentor the Business Analyst team, and quality assure their outputs
  • Work globally across People functions to elicit, document, and prioritise functional and non-functional business requirements and develop user stories
  • Work with Product Owners to translate business requirements and user stories into system requirements and test scripts
  • Develop and document current and future state end-to-end processes utilising process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (i.e., VSM, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Kaizen).
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and data
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and features to ensure they meet business needs
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of implemented solutions
  • Develop FAQ's or Knowledge Based Articles with a focus on end user adoption and maintain current library of existing documents. All documents to be written concisely and in alignment with standard operating procedures and branding
  • Provide support and training to super users or end-users as needed
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc assignments relevant to your field of expertise
  • Work autonomously, effectively communicating updates to management or wider People team

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven experience as a lead business analyst or in HR process re-engineering on large-scale software or business transformation programmes
  • Able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Strong business analysis skills across requirements gathering, process design, workflow mapping, user stories, and test scripts
  • Confident in assessing whether a technical solution meets business requirements and able to challenge when it does not
  • Experience leading and coaching other business analysts, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables
  • Skilled in developing FAQs, user guides, or knowledge articles to support user readiness and adoption
  • Clear, confident communicator—able to tailor messages to different audiences, facilitate workshops, and present to medium/large groups
  • Proficient in written and spoken English with strong command of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experienced with process mapping tools and techniques
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage workload independently

Advantageous:

  • Background in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery
  • Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) or similar continuous improvement training
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR technologies
  • Experience working in large, complex, or global organisations—ideally in tech or similarly fast-paced sectors
  • Skilled in running workshops with HR and business stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience supporting or delivering training sessions

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
