We are seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer with over 9+ years of expertise in managing large-scale, production-grade Kubernetes environments. The role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting distributed systems, driving improvements in solution delivery maturity, and implementing DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and efficient pipelines.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, Jenkins/Bamboo, and Git, along with a solid background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. In addition to technical proficiency, the role requires mentoring junior engineers, maintaining internal R&D platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance scalability, reliability, and security.
Candidates should demonstrate proven success in OSS/BSS, CI/CD platform management, and DevSecOps process enhancement, with excellent troubleshooting skills and strong communication abilities to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Description – Key Responsibilities & QualificationsKey Responsibilities- Kubernetes Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Solution Delivery: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency.
- Team Coaching: Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Platform Maintenance: Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.
- Kubernetes Experience: Extensive hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production at scale.
