The Senior Principal, Technology Upskilling & Enablement will serve as the regional lead responsible for driving AI awareness, engagement, upskilling, and emerging tech innovation across DTCC's India offices. This role will act as the bridge between enterprise AI strategy and local execution, ensuring employees, leaders, and teams are equipped to effectively leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity, innovation, and business outcomes.

The role will partner closely with business leaders, HR, Learning & Development, and technology teams to build AI capabilities, foster a culture of continuous learning, and accelerate responsible AI adoption throughout the region.
 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• AI Enablement & Adoption Leadership
  • Lead regional efforts to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI technologies across DTCC India.
  • Translate enterprise AI strategies and initiatives into actionable local programs that increase employee engagement and utilization.
  • Serve as a visible AI advocate and ambassador across India offices.
• Workforce Upskilling & Capability Building
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on training experiences tailored to diverse employee populations.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted enablement plans.
  • Establish measurable adoption and proficiency goals and track progress against key success metrics.
• AI Community & Culture Development
  • Build and cultivate a thriving AI community across the India region through forums, communities of practice, office hours, and peer-learning opportunities.
  • Organize local AI Cafés, innovation events, speaker sessions, and employee engagement activities that encourage experimentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote a culture of responsible innovation and continuous learning.
• Business Partnership & Change Management
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Support teams through AI adoption journeys by providing guidance, resources, and change management support.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve AI programs and experiences.
• Innovation & Use Case Acceleration
  • Help identify, surface, and promote high-value AI use cases emerging from local teams.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops and innovation sessions that encourage employees to explore practical applications of AI.
  • Connect local opportunities with enterprise AI initiatives and innovation programs.
• Measurement & Reporting
  • Define and monitor AI adoption, engagement, and learning metrics across the region.
  • Provide regular updates to India and global leadership on program effectiveness, participation, adoption trends, and business impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine regional enablement strategies.
     

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation strategy, digital transformation, or emerging technology enablement roles
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, and emerging technology trends.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling enterprise programs.
• Experience leading enterprise enablement, change management, learning, or workforce transformation programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage employees and leaders across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience developing training programs, community-building initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
