Kinaxis Consultants are expected to assist customer through the course of Kinaxis implementation from but not restricted to discovery, design, construct, validation including SIT, UAT, etc. go live and steady state transition
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Gathering, analysing and interpreting the requirements from the business and transforming them into technical terms for the development teams
• Identify areas of customizations to standard application for custom requirements
• Overseeing the delivery of the project, working with the client, onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Integration and implementation of Kinaxis system with other ERP systems
• Provide end user training on Kinaxis RapidResponse if required
• Document requirements, best practices, test cases etc.
• Keep standard project documentation updated
• Help ramp up new team members with client specific practices
• Come up with solutions to help clients to improve productivity, increase service levels and save cost
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of handson experience in SCM applications. Kinaxis experience will be a plus.
• Have a minimum 6 years working in IT, logistics, supply chain, productionmanufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of endtoend workflow of supply chain management system.
• Good understanding of understanding of statistical forecasting, scheduling, inventory management, etc.
• Good Project management experience for large accounts
• Experience working on a mediumlarge scale migration project would be beneficial
• Certifications in Kinaxis RapidResponse will be a plus
• Customer focus mentality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
