Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Prospective Risk adjustment products supporting US healthcare operations
• Translate organizational priorities, regulatory changes, and coding operational insights into actionable product strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment to goals, consistent execution, and professional development
• Serve as the voice of the customer by maintaining deep proximity to risk adjustment clients, understanding their workflows, challenges, and tool usage across multiple India delivery sites
• User Responsibilities:
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
  • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of total experience with 3+ years in Product Management
• Hands-on experience in Prospective Risk adjustment experience
• Solid leadership experience managing Product Managers or cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of US healthcare and Medical coding risk adjustment operations in large-scale environments
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise workflow or healthcare products
• Proven excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
