What You'll Do:
- Transform complex concepts into user-centered and visually stunning designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Own the entire design process, from user research and wireframes to interactive prototypes and polished UI, ready for development handoff.
- Drive the design of new features from initial concept to final product.
- In a fast-paced environment, collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences through seamless cross-functional
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on complex and data-rich applications.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools like Figma, Jira, etc.
- A Bachelor's degree in design, user experience, cognitive psychology, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences through elegant and functional design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
