Position in this function is under the direction of the Director of Product, Data Solutions, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, discovery, and delivery of core data platform capabilities that enable trusted, scalable, and reusable data products across the organization. This role focuses on building and evolving a cloud-based data platform that supports multiple internal Network Data domains, including Medical & Dental, Pharmacy, Switch, and Clinical data. The Senior Product Manager operates as part of an empowered, cross-functional product team and is accountable for identifying problems worth solving, defining outcome-oriented opportunities, and driving measurable customer and business impact. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, deep understanding of data platforms, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a complex, regulated data environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for data platform capabilities, grounded in customer needs, enterprise reuse, and long-term platform scalability
- Lead continuous product discovery to identify high-impact problems, validate assumptions, and define outcome-oriented opportunities before delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data Governance, and Analytics to deliver platform capabilities that treat data as a product with clear consumers, quality standards, and success measures
- Define and track product outcomes, success metrics, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); reassess strategy and priorities based on evidence and learning
- Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear product intent, trade-offs, and priorities for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements are embedded into platform capabilities by design
- Maintain a prioritized and continuously refined backlog balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Network and Data domains by setting expectations and aligning priorities
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders
- Support internal enablement and adoption of new platform capabilities through documentation and training
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 11+ years of overall industry experience in software development and relevant domains
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including experience building or managing data platforms or large-scale technical products
- Experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems and modern data architectures
- Solid understanding of modern product management practices, including continuous discovery, outcome-based road mapping, and OKRs
- Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, architecture, and data teams
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Direct experience working with Snowflake Data Platform
- Experience working in regulated or highly governed data environments
