The RoleAs a Senior Product Manager at AiPrise, you'll drive the roadmap for a key part of our compliance platform, partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship impactful solutions for our customers. You'll contribute to product strategy, lead execution on meaningful initiatives, and play a central role in shaping how we serve our customers.
What You'll DoProduct Ownership
Drive the roadmap and execution for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
Make prioritization calls and ship work with accountability.
Contribute to broader product strategy and help set the direction for your area.
Product Development
Collaborate with engineering and design to create detailed product specifications.
Drive high-quality product development from discovery through delivery.
Problem Solving
Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
Work with the team to implement pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
Customer Engagement
Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product requirements.
Run demos and onboarding sessions, and partner directly with key accounts.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep teams informed on progress, tradeoffs, and decisions.
5–7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or staff level.
Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
Strong technical background — you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system trade-offs.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
Self-driven: you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers.
Comfortable holding the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners.
Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions.
