Lendio is looking for an extremely motivated, results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. We're seeking a self-starter with a "whatever it takes" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. We're not just looking for someone with experience; we're looking for someone who is ready to jump into the trenches and execute.

You will be the PMM for our SaaS product lines, Lendio Intelligent Lending and Lendio Embedded Marketplace. This is a chance to make a significant impact on our B2B products by owning the entire go-to-market process from strategy to execution.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve our SaaS messaging and value propositions.

  • Develop and maintain go-to-market strategies, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and executive leadership.

  • Create and execute go-to-market campaigns in partnership with our Growth team.

  • Build and maintain release roadmaps for our B2B product lines, including key product milestones and GTM campaigns.

  • Create compelling sales enablement content to support our business development and partnership teams.

  • Partner with product teams to help shape product development based on market needs and customer feedback.

  • Work directly with customers during product implementation, using insights to drive scalable solutions.

  • Conduct and maintain competitive analysis to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

  • A proven go-getter with 4+ years of experience in product marketing or relevant roles.

  • A hands-on, strategic thinker who isn't afraid to dive deep into the details and tackle a variety of tasks.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with a knack for turning insights into action.

  • A strong communicator who can build trust and drive consensus across multiple teams.

  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities and thrive in ambiguity.

  • A confident self-starter who can work autonomously but also collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leadership.

  • Experience with new product launches, SaaS products, or within the financial/small business industry is a plus.

Pay Range:

$100 - $120k
