Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, the Aladdin Product Operations & Delivery team, within Aladdin Product, governs the product frameworks, practices, and tools that enable consistent and efficient Aladdin product delivery. As a Senior Product Owner, you will partner with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to elevate Aladdin’s use of Aha, a critical third-party product management technology that empowers Aladdin’s end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).

Skills / Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in product management / business analysis / client service that includes platform owner experience
• Demonstrable track record of growing and running a product or platform to user success
• Strong team player with ability to lead and influence
• Commercial acumen, with ability to prioritize and execute quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to project manage complex initiatives, make data-driven decisions and deliver results quickly
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent practical experience
• Python proficiency preferred
• Experience in AI, a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support the head of Product Operations and Delivery by owning the Aha platform end-to-end and staying up to date on the latest platform enhancements
• Develop, prioritize, and maintain Aladdin’s Aha roadmap to support evolving product development lifecycle (“PDLC”) practices
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, stakeholder and client needs and align Aladdin’s Aha roadmap accordingly
• Manage Aladdin’s use of Aha! by maintaining workflows, integrations (e.g., Azure DevOps, SNOW), and other customizations, as well as onboarding and configuring new team setups
• Own the Aha vendor relationship, partnering closely with Aha’s support team to proactively suggest enhancements and ensure they are prioritized by the vendor. 
• Manage internal user support (e.g., answering user questions and organizing office hours and trainings)
• Run access management for Aha, including license procural, assignment, and analysis in collaboration with the Digital Tools and Finance teams
• Serve as a PDLC Subject Matter Expert and partner with product and client teams to enable Aha adoption
• Develop, implement and maintain data hygiene standards and practices
