Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead user acceptance testing for Chase Travel, enhancing customer experiences and driving innovation.
As a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate within the Chase Travel organization of Connected Commerce, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class Travel product for Chase customers. You will be responsible for quality assurance, including end-to-end UAT testing plans, post-production validation, and release.

As a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate within the Chase Travel organization of Connected Commerce, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class Travel product for Chase customers. You will be responsible for quality assurance, including end-to-end UAT testing plans, post-production validation, and release.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and build strong relationships across the organization.
- Drive multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Possess strong organization and time management capabilities.
- Design and develop business use cases to support the end-to-end testing of Chase Travel.com and mobile.
- Understand and execute Agile Software Development processes, including writing and executing test scripts and data conditioning.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, skilled in raising and communicating issues to key stakeholders and seeing them through to closure.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 3 years in Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience with web and mobile (both Android and iOS) testing.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work and deliver in a timely manner.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to lead complex projects, collaborate with teams to complete E2E testing, and provide status, impediments, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Connect the dots, understand interdependencies, effectively identify roadblocks, and work to remove them.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with tools such as Quality Center and Qtest.
- Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber).
- Experience with API test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman).
- Banking domain experience.
