Overview
As a Senior Product Specialist -Technical Integration, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration frameworks, enabling data flow between Product Express and other platforms. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with Mastercard's architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Conceptualize and design a generic connector framework to integrate Product Express with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce)• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and define technical specifications• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and APIs to support real-time and batch data exchange• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems• Analyze data flows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation• Support platform enhancements by contributing to architectural decisions and integration strategies• Document integration processes, frameworks, and technical workflows for internal reference• Write and maintain technical documents including user manuals, reference guides, API documentation, and FAQs• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content• Design and structure documentation using best practices and structured authoring techniques
Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and post-launch phases

• Experience: 3+ years in technical integration, data engineering, or software development roles• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns• Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)• Data Skills: Experience with data modeling, analytics, and engineering best practices• Problem-Solving: Ability to conceptualize scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex integration issues• Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams• Documentation: Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation and reference materials
