Ensure stability and resilience of structured finance platforms (front/middle/back office). Own incidents, service requests, and SLAs. Provide L1/L2 support across Windows/Unix/Linux, SQL, middleware, APIs, and Java systems. Perform RCA, drive permanent fixes with development teams, improve automation and monitoring, and collaborate with business teams. Understand end-to-end deal lifecycle including Risk, Accounting, Payments, and settlement flows.
Looking for candidates with 4–8 years of experience in production support within the banking domain, with exposure to Structured Finance / Lending platforms (e.g., LoanIQ or similar).

· Own and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with full accountability for SLA adherence and business impact

· Apply strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex production issues quickly and effectively

· Work closely with business and cross-functional teams with clear ownership and proactive communication
