Senior Project Manager (Marketing)(IN)

(9 Months Fixed Term Contract - With a possibility for extension)

Maker Lab supports clients in technology, entertainment, financial services, and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing client in the technology industry.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and operationalising global and regional partnership campaigns. You’ll oversee the team’s execution to ensure that localisation and adaptation processes are streamlined, that cross-functional teams know key campaign milestones, and that assets are delivered on time. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a knack for solving challenging process and prioritisation problems, and experience working in business development and partnership roles, which are crucial in enabling you to hit the ground running for this scope. 

Role:

  • Lead and project manage the end-to-end process of planning and implementing high-impact partnership campaigns, ensuring goal alignment and measurable results.
  • Lead collaborations with partners and internal teams on campaign execution, e.g., running the entire collection of creative assets from partners to merchandise on apps, and running co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Drive & own operational excellence, manage day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth workflows to support the successful delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Working with internal teams on crafting events, e.g., pulling together a comprehensive view for a full-scale campaign, including but not limited to collation of invite lists, strong rigour on calendar management, designing content, and making any decks required for the events.
  • Independently engage and manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners. Navigate deal-specific conversations and manage partnerships and policy matters.
  • Drive various project timelines & milestones from account management to post-event activities. 
  • Extract valuable insights from product performance, consumer metrics, and market trends, optimising marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-campaign analysis, utilising marketing data across India, SEA & ANZ markets to inform strategy and optimise campaign performance.
  • Drive internal project legal and compliance matters and other administrative tasks as needed.

You:

  • BA/BS degree preferred within relevant disciplines  
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, focusing on the Apps or Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Experience in campaign management and event execution is a huge plus. 
  • Understanding of data analysis and basic data visualisation.
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams such as - Marketing, Legal, Product and Merchandising
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Good analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills 
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
