We are seeking a Sr. QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to support the delivery of end-to-end applications, by continuously improving the quality of the products to meet our engineering excellence standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of working experience in manual & automation testing in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Software Developers and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify test scenarios and implement automated tests to verify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute automated test scripts and monitor test runs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Maintain and update existing automated test suites to accommodate changes in software functionality and requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve test automation processes and methodologies.
- Work experience in manual testing for web-based and hybrid applications.
- Good understanding of the improvement process for Manual Testing (Smoke, Regression, QA SignOff, GO / NO GO, End-to-End, User Acceptance Testing).
- Collaborate on the Software Development Life Cycle, analyzing test results, errors, and bugs.
Requirement
- Fluent English speaker.
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Experience working remotely in an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
