Roles & Responsibilities
- Review system requirements and design documents and prepare test plans and strategies.
- Analyze, create, execute, maintain, and document accurate test cases.
- Ensure complete coverage of functional and non-functional aspects of Software from a testing point of view.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and suggest improvements in customer implementations from the perspective of product features and functionality.
- Execute functional, integration and regression testing plans and scripts.
- Work closely with engineers and product owners locally.
- Log, track and document bugs discovered during testing as well as gather all necessary information.
- Document, analyze and communicate results of functional testing.
- Perform API testing (if applicable).
- Work on defect logging, tracking, resolution, and verification.
- Verify new features and enhancements/ improvements.
- Perform regression, installation, and upgrade testing in every release cycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance – We will train you but need you to be able to understand complex software and its use cases.
- Experience working with Automation frameworks.
- Catch deeply ingrained defects.
- Experience in Salesforce technology (Optional).
- Understanding of SDLC and tools such as Sprints and Jira.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Ideally come from a development background in both frontend and backend testing.
