We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts and provide stable capacity to reduce rotation strain. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive QA processes including checklist creation, test case development, and automation implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep product understanding, strong analytical skills, and expertise in integration testing and black box testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for product validation
- Create detailed QA checklists and test creation processes to ensure thorough coverage of all product functionality
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for efficient regression testing and continuous integration
- Conduct integration testing to identify gaps between system components and ensure seamless functionality
- Perform black box testing to validate software behavior from end-user perspective
- Understand product architecture deeply to design test cases that address all potential integration gaps
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to identify defects early and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality and areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain CI/CD testing workflows to support continuous delivery processes
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong background in both manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript for test automation
- Deep understanding of integration testing methodologies and black box testing techniques
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and test management systems like JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify complex system interactions and potential failure points
