Skilled in bug tracking/management. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Functions
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Lead the design and development of automated test scripts and frameworks to increase testing efficiency.
- Define and track quality metrics to measure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the software.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance or testing.
- Strong knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles.
- Experience with performance testing and profiling tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a QA team.
- Experience with testing mobile applications and web services.
