Responsibilities and Tasks
- Perform process inspection for complete Component Assembly
- Familiar with Semiconductor Assembly Quality
- Familiar with IC packages like BGA
- Familiar with ESD controls and handling of electronic components
- Familiar with Cleanroom working environment
- Understand and know how to extract data for performance reports
- Reporting Quality defect/issue and drive closure
- Perform verification on closure action
- Ensure document integrity, uniqueness, and compliance with internal and external procedures
- Responsible for providing shift-level support and assist Quality Inspectors
- Follow safety procedures and area work rules
- Support engineer/manager request as when required
