More about you
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- At least 7 years of experience as a technology recruiter. This should include at least 4 years of experience hiring for global software organisation as a in-house recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills which help you collaborate seamlessly across functions.
- Corporate recruiting experience within the technology sector.
- A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting in India.
- The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes.
- You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
- A focus on building balanced teams. Atlassian places huge value in making our TEAM a place where everyone can be themselves. You will help drive that.
- Comfortable acting as the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to internal and external candidates.

What you'll do
- Be a partner to senior hiring leaders and support them hire best in class talent in technology.
- Partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support.
- Influence recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas.
- Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team. This will be achieved with the right level of collaboration and reporting rituals to TA leadership and cross functional teams.
- Contribute/lead programs that help us drive innovations in our recruiting organisation.
