- Provide and review research information on regulatory requirements and other areas as assigned.
- Acquire advanced compliance requirements required to access to specific countries and is able to connect them to delivery services.
- Manage and reviews news updates in knowledge tools and participate in definition guidelines.
- Keep track of all the research submission and coordinate works to meet deadlines.
- Autonomously manage data in knowledge tools and apps.
- May lead teams to continuously improve and drive quality into ULs service to the internal and external customer.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree required, better if in Engineering or International Relations.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Independent knowledge of the TIC industries and the differences between the various schemes; knowledge of European and/or Middle east and/or Latin America regulations applicable to electrical and electronic devices can be a plus
- Skilled in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, able to summarize requirements, able to independently and effectively communicate with authorities and SMEs to clarify scheme requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills, additional language (Spanish, Arabic) can be a plus
