About the Role 

The Senior Research Analyst is a position ideal for candidates with limited experience.  The Senior Research Analyst delivers research and analysis to support Growth partnership service deliverables for the Program Area. Key objective at this career stage is to develop as a solid analyst, developing fundamental research skills and a sound understanding of Frost & Sullivan Growth Opportunity Analytics processes.  Main focus will be on Growth partnership service deliverables such as Growth Opportunity studies and Best Practice Awards.

Responsibilities

  • ICT Industry Trend Tracking and Analysis
  • Tracking and predicting technology/market trends.
  • Identifying strategic opportunities for business growth.
  • Staying updated with technology developments, funding, partnerships, R&D focus areas, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding business implications of technology/product innovations.
  • Identifying and evaluating industry best practices in technology innovation and leadership.
  • Should be able to conduct primary interviews independently

  

Required Competencies


Education:

UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG :MBA in Any Specialization

Experience/ Technology skills:

  • Gather information through both secondary and primary research, engaging with corporations, academic institutions, national research laboratories, and investment communities.
  • Contribute to producing both syndicated and tailored technology reports, assisting in analyst briefings, and writing articles for media and press.
  • Extract, assess, and integrate information to meet specific business goals within technology and innovation management. This includes evaluating Intellectual Property, managing R&D, planning portfolios, valuing technology, forecasting trends, benchmarking technologies, and commercializing innovations.
  • Develop technology roadmaps and suggest strategies for product development and business growth.
  • Actively generate innovative and creative insights through analysis and interpretation that enhance business performance and align with the organization’s objectives and strategic vision.
