Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Channel Sales Operations Analyst to join our Channel Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving operational and system improvements to increase efficiency, capacity and data integrity
- Streamlining channel operations through automation, best practices and clear process documentation
- Collaborating across sales, marketing, finance and product teams to enable smooth channel programs and partner onboarding
- Supporting field teams and customers with marketplace deal structuring, while overseeing daily operations and resolving issues
- Developing reports, KPIs and dashboards to analyze channel performance and providing insights that drive revenue growth
- 7+ years in channel/sales operations with strong program management experience and a proven record of driving successful channel strategies
- Expertise in process improvement and project management
- Deep understanding of channel sales models
- Skilled at managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good at organizing data, obtaining insights and timeline adherence
- Proficient in Salesforce, G Suite, Tableau, Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools
