We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, and approval workflows, combined with deep understanding of Sales Cloud processes. This role will partner with business and technical teams to streamline quote-to-cash operations and maximize Salesforce CPQ capabilities.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to analyze and document business requirements for quoting, pricing, and approval processes.
- Lead functional workshops to gather and define requirements aligned with Salesforce CPQ best practices.
- Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ including:
- Design scalable, user-friendly quote-to-cash processes integrated with Sales Cloud.
- Leverage Salesforce OOTB capabilities (flows, automation, validation rules, record types, reports, and dashboards) to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to design and deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage functional testing, UAT coordination, and deployment support.
- Maintain detailed functional and configuration documentation.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and CPQ roadmap to recommend feature adoption and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of Salesforce functional experience, including extensive work in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
- Strong expertise in product modeling, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and quote management.
- Proven ability to configure Salesforce CPQ end-to-end, including complex pricing and bundling scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification – mandatory.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – preferred.
- Excellent communication, requirements facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
- Excellent communicator, skilled at gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable with process improvement and automation.
- Experience building reports and dashboards tailored to various business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, frequently changing environment.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Familiarity with Service Cloud or Agentforce – good to have, not mandatory.
- Experience with ERP or billing system integrations.
