We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. In this role, you will act as the senior technical authority on the Salesforce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to unify customer data, accelerate analytics, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including:
- Data ingestion
- Data harmonization
- Identity resolution
- Calculated Insights
- Activation targets
- Design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Collaborate with teams across:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Salesforce Agentforce
- Marketing Cloud
- Develop and optimize:
- Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous services
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and data governance best practices.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Translate business and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support agile delivery processes and sprint planning.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Deep expertise in:
- Data Streams
- Data Model Objects (DMOs)
- Identity Resolution
- Calculated Insights
- Activation
- Strong programming skills in:
- Apex
- SOQL
- SOSL
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC.
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce security model
- Governor limits
- Deployment and release best practices
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates must hold all of the following active certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
