Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are leveraged to drive business value, improve user experience, and support scalable growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce development teams
- Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments
- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Define KPIs and track success metrics for Salesforce initiatives
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
- Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
